Nahhh its all good. My rent currently is $800.00 a month and it only includes water. Its a two bedroom house with a driveway and its not in the city of Kingston so I think it is a pretty good deal. Also we have really good landlords. Our old apartment was a hole in the wall with everything included and an awful landlord for $725.00 so considering the upgrade we made I think it is awesome. Also the area we are in now is surprisingly quiet and I really like that.
